User information is collected on our website via four methods:
- An opt-in form hosted by Constant Contact that is used to manage an email subscriber list for sending newsletters and announcements to interested individuals.
- An online form titled “Request Information” that is automatically emailed to info@newcenturysoftware.com. These messages are received by select employees in our company so requests can be dealt with efficiently.
- Our site logs information about visitors including IP addresses, date/time visited, referring website, length of stay, etc. so we can monitor the effectiveness of our website. No personal or identifiable information is collected during this process.
- Online registration forms for conferences, training events, web seminars, and software downloads.
Information Usage
Personal data volunteered on the website is not sold to any outside entity. New Century Software uses the information to announce product releases, company news, and tradeshows that might be of interest to our constituents.
Individuals may opt-out of our communication efforts at any time. To remove your name from our email list, simply click the SafeUnsubscribe link found in the footer of any email you have received from us.
If you are receiving mail that does not to pertain to you and would like your name/address removed from our contact management database, please email info@newcenturysoftware.com with ‘remove’ in the subject line.
